About the Event
Join acclaimed chef Eduardo Garcia and the Modern Huntsman team for dinner at Bodhi Farms on Wednesday, August 27th, 2025, in Bozeman, Montana.
A multi-course meal will be served, including a recently harvested bison from North Bridger Bison, in celebration of the release of the Modern Huntsman Cookbook. Guests will receive a copy of the cookbook at the event.
Chef Eduardo Garcia is renowned for his creative use and vision for responsibly sourced proteins and vegetables found in Montana.
Garcia is featured in the Modern Huntsman Cookbook, arriving in stores September 2nd, where he shares recipes from his chapter based on a bison field dinner.
The event will feature wines from Passalacqua Winery, which shares a focused intention of pairing with wild food. There will also be readings from essays in the book from Chris Dombrowski and Jamie Harrison.
Set beneath the Gallatin Mountains, this will be more than a meal. With wild game, foraged ingredients, and Montana-inspired presentation, each course will speak to the themes of the book: sustainability, stewardship, and the beauty of a life lived outdoors.
This will not be a typical dinner, and will certainly be a night to remember.

Wild Food Dinner
Eduardo Garcia will cook a coursed meal, featuring Bison from North Bridger Bison, locally sourced vegetables and more.
Wine Pairings & Bar
Wines from Passalacqua Winery will be paired to the meal, allowing guests to enjoy wine made with intention and care for the wild resources we share. Beer, wine and cocktails will be served prior to dinner as well.
MH Cookbook
Guests will receive a copy of the Modern Huntsman Cookbook, and Eduardo Garcia and other Modern Huntsman team members will be available for book signings.
