After years of traveling around the world and spending countless hours in the field learning from wild game chefs, well-seasoned hunters, and foraging experts, we decided it was time to bring our storytelling into the kitchen.

We partnered with Ten Speed Press (a Penguin Random House division) to pursue a new type of cookbook- one based on story, connection to place and meaningful ingredients that celebrate the natural world and contemporary hunting practices.

This cookbook is not only a collection of dishes but also an exploration of our connection to the land and our passion for the beauty and sanctity of nature.
