This image was taken as I summited Uhuru Peak of Mount Kilimanjaro in March of 2015, and we were gifted with both a clear view of the crater as well as a breathtaking sunrise that lit up the surrounding clouds and mist. Nice to be rewarded with such an incredible sight after such an unforgettable trek to the top.
